District 41 is actively involved in protecting and enhancing the rights and benefits of current, retired and future state employees. We support the policies and platform of our parent organization, The State Employees Association of North Carolina.  Members can benefit from Scholarships, Insurance, Group Buying discounts, and much more.

Welcome to SEANC District 41 virtual home. District 41 is one of 53 SEANC districts which are located throughout North Carolina. District 41 members are primarily active and retired employees of:

• Department of Justice, Juvenile Justice, Administrative Office of the Courts, The Governor Morehead School, State Bureau of Investigation, Department of Correction, Division of Prisons, Wake Correctional Center, Franklin Correctional Center, Warren Correctional Institution, Department of Community Correction, and the Wake County Courthouse.
